Make.Do. was born in 2005, under a different name -- Chicago TextileWorks. A move east made that name a challenge, but it also presented the opportunity to reimagine the business. Now, Chicago TextileWorks manages the craft subscription service (HomeWorks, TextileWorks, KnitWorks -- see "Shop Make.Do.") and Make.Do. is the traditional retail outlet, with carefully sourced textiles, yarns, fibers and notions, classes for kids and adults. Come see us at craft fairs and shows around the midwest!
